Squeeze Momentum (LazyBear's take on the TTM Squeeze) marks when Bollinger Bands contract inside Keltner Channels — a 'squeeze' that signals compressed volatility likely to expand. A histogram shows the momentum direction so you can lean the right way on the release.
It is one of the best tools for sitting on your hands until a real move sets up. The dots turn from red (squeeze on) to green (squeeze fired), and the histogram colour tells you bullish vs bearish momentum.
The squeeze tells you a move is coming, not when exactly — pair it with structure or a trigger indicator for entries.
